Kevin practices primarily in the areas of litigation involving intellectual property, including patent, trade-mark and copyright litigation, as well as proceedings pursuant to the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations. He is involved in advocacy in the Federal and Ontario Courts, including their appellate courts and at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Kevin joined Hazzard & Hore in 2005. Prior to this, he spent several years practicing intellectually property with another firm.
